PDP offers dealers the opportunity to become an expert in window fashions by earning a Hunter Douglas Certified Professional Dealer (CPD) status through continued training. PDP is a comprehensive training and assessment program that ensures certified dealers have a consistent knowledge base in 5 key areas:  Fundamentals, Product, Hands On, Customer Service/Sales Skills, and Professional Development. You can become a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer (CI) by attending and passing a two-day intensive workshop, offered exclusively by Hunter Douglas. CI training provides installers an opportunity to learn about installation, adjustment and repair of our most popular products in a hands-on environment. Upon completion, installers receive a Certified Installer photo ID badge, a certificate of achievement, copies of the training materials and use of the Certified Installer logo. Alliance Certified Training is a certification program for Gallery and Showcase owners and showroom managers to learn about Hunter Douglas Alliance programs and services, enabling you to build a stronger retail environment for your customers. The focus of the training is not Hunter Douglas products: meet other Alliance Dealers (Gallery, Showcase and Priority Dealers), mingle with your peers, learn and share tips on how to succeed in the home decor market. Training is structured around expanding your business through growing leads, increasing your close ratio and boosting your average sale.
